Last Friday Basque political prisoner Lorentxa Gimon ended a 39-day-hunger-strike. She was the only Basque prisoner in the northern French jail of Roanne. She demanded that she was transferred to another jail where she could share a block with other Basque prisoners. On Friday the prison's principal finally agreed to the transfer.
